New 7-seat variant 

Longer and even more flexible, the new ID. Buzz 7-seat provides the additional space you need. Thanks to the removable 3rd row of seats, the ID. Buzz 7-seat offers plenty of space and flexibility.

With the additional optional third row of seats with LATCH and Top Tether, the new ID Buzz 7-seat can accommodate six or seven people depending on configuration. The two seats in the third row can be adjusted longitudinally, and can be removed quickly and easily if necessary – good if you want to carry a little more from A to B.

The new ID. Buzz GTX 

High performance. High comfort. High dynamics. 

The most powerful model in the ID. Buzz line-up (340 PS). The ID. Buzz GTX can reach speeds of up to 100km/h in 6.1 seconds. With a maximum towing capacity of up to 1.8 tonnes and all-wheel drive, the  ID. Buzz  GTX is ideal as an electric towing vehicle for bikes, boats or horse trailers. ​

The ID. Buzz GTX is characterised by new exterior styling elements including an electrically dimmable panoramic sunroof, black air intake grille in honeycomb design, GTX badging, exclusive GTX Artvelour interior and 21” bi-colour alloy wheels​.

The design of a new era 

Visually a homage to the first Bulli and at the same time completely unique: the expressive design of the ID. Buzz combines modern aesthetics with innovative technology. Based on the iconic design of the first Bulli generation, it is available as an option in four two-tone paint finishes. An adjustable ambient lighting with up to 30 colours provides atmospheric accents in the interior. Thanks to its completely redesigned concept with comfortably adjustable seats, it not only offers more space and a variable interior, but loading is now even easier with the optional electric tailgate.

Sustainable mobility across the board

Holistic sustainability for a climate-conscious future: That is our claim with the new ID. Buzz. That's why we will not only deliver it with a CO2 -neutral balance sheet , with the ID. Charger there is also the matching, optional wall box.  With a range of up to 424km, the new ID. Buzz will redefine mobility and show us the way to an environmentally conscious future. Thanks to its high proportion of of sustainable and recycled materials for example in the seat covers, floor coverings and decorative headliner – it reconciles sustainability and comfort.

Space concept and technology: freedom reconnected

The powerful ID. Buzz makes room for a whole new use of the space. And some of our most advanced technologies are also at work in the spacious interior of the ID. Buzz. For example, the innovative ID. Light, which communicates visually with the driver. Or over-the-air updates, that allow you to update features and functions. Via Car2X communication, the ID. Buzz can also receive real-time traffic-related information. With over 30 assistance systems the ID.Buzz is taking a big step towards semi-automated driving.

New battery, longer range

Is longer, can go for longer: Thanks to the new standard 86-kWh (net capacity) lithium-ion high-voltage battery, the ID Buzz 7-seat can achieve a range of up to 474 kilometerswithout recharging. The highly efficient heat pump, which heats the interior, also helps. It uses less energy from the high-voltage battery, which represents another range advantage over electric vehicles without a heat pump. Thanks to the new lithium-ion high-voltage battery, the new ID Buzz 7-seat just keeps going. It is also faster (top speed 160 km/h) and has a torque of 550 Nm. More acceleration and more force when pulling loads up to 1,000 kg – this is where the new ID Buzz 7-seat also sets new standards at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.

Electric panoramic sunroof with smart glass

Bring more light to your life: The optional electric panoramic sunroof with smart glass in the new ID. Buzz 7-seat ensures a light-filled interior and a generous view to the outside. And because it is a multi-layer sunroof with switchable liquid crystal film, it switches to privacy mode with light and heat protection via a slider in the roof console at will. So you have exactly the level of light or darkness you want – and no longer have to worry about UV and infrared protection. There is also three centimetres more headroom on top. The new ID. Buzz 7-seat not only brings more outside to the inside, but also noticeably enhances the feeling of space.
